Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting Modern Canvas with their order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before dispatch, eligible refunds will be initiated to the original payment method, generally within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment refund is required if the order has not been paid for.

If an order is cancelled by Modern Canvas due to stock unavailability or another reason, the customer will be informed and any eligible payment refund will be initiated.

All cancellations and refunds are subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
