Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Serviceable Locations: 5–10 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and reachable contact number. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or repeated unavailability, the courier may return the parcel to us.
Additional shipping charges for reshipment, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer in advance.
